About the Blogger

Christ-follower. Traveler. Explorer. Tea and Coffee Enthusiast. Mother of Odette the hedgehog. Beeson Divinity Student. Anglican. Francophile. INFJ.

My name is Rebecca Graber and I’m a graduate from the University of Alabama at Birmingham with a major in International Development and a double minor in French and Public Health. In the Fall of 2015 I’ll start my Masters of Arts in Theological Studies at Beeson Divinity School. To make my way through school, I work as a waiter’s assistant at Highlands Bar and Grill. I am mother to a little hedgehog, Odette. I love food, exploring, traveling, spending time outdoors, good stories, running, coffee, tea, good books, and long, deep talks.  Although I’m an introvert, I enjoy bringing others together–especially over food. One of my motto’s is that of Chelsea Market in NYC: “Building community through food”.

This blog is a conglomeration of thoughts, reflections, random things I like, and the sort. I love Jesus and am grateful for His continual mercy, grace, and love in my life. I seek to see Him in all things and to reflect His love in my small, human way… part of that is through my writing.

Here are a few snapshots of me and my life:
